Bermuda's flag — a British Overseas Territory in the North Atlantic (not actually in the Caribbean, a common misconception) whose flag features the Red Ensign with a coat of arms depicting a red lion holding a shield showing the wreck of the Sea Venture, the ship whose 1609 shipwreck led to the island's settlement.
