Bolivia's flag, used mostly in South American travel, football, or diaspora posts. It shares the same red-yellow-green tricolor as Ghana and Ethiopia by coincidence, but Bolivia's version traces to Simón Bolívar-era liberation colors, and the country uniquely has two capitals — La Paz (seat of government) and Sucre (constitutional capital).
