The Cook Islands flag, used mostly by Pacific travel or diaspora accounts; it's a country in free association with New Zealand, so Cook Islanders are actually NZ citizens. The 15 stars in a ring on the Union Jack-bearing field represent the islands' 15 main islands scattered across the South Pacific.
