Kyrgyzstan's flag, rarely used outside Central Asian travel or geopolitics posts. The sun's 40 rays represent the 40 legendary tribes united by the epic hero Manas, and the pattern inside the sun is a stylized depiction of the crown, or 'tunduk,' at the top of a traditional yurt.
