The standard woman emoji, one of the most frequently used person emoji across all cultures for simply referring to 'a woman' in any context — friend, coworker, stranger, self. It's also a base for countless ZWJ combinations (professions, family, hairstyles). Trivia: it debuted in the very first Unicode emoji set (1.0, 2015) alongside the man emoji, but design nuances like skin tone and hair modifiers were only layered on in later years.
