An old man, typically depicted with a cane and white hair/beard, used for grandfathers, elderly men, or self-deprecating jokes about feeling old. It's a classic since Unicode's earliest emoji days. Trivia: on Apple's older renderings the 'old man' emoji's cane was sometimes mistaken for a walking stick prop in unrelated jokes, and it remains one of the few emoji whose design has stayed nearly unchanged since 2015.
